Workshop

1. Fabricating Workshop

This workshop with 5400-m² floor space is divided into 4 sub sections each equipped with overhead traveling cranes that have a maximum lifting capacity of 2 x 12.5 tones.

The main equipment in this workshop includes:

• CNC controlled flame cutting machine – max. plate size 3000 mm x 4800 mm x 100mm.
• Plasma cutting machine – max. plate width 40 mm
• Plate saw - max cutting size 360 mm
• Plate scissors - max. plate with 12 mm
• Horizontal hydraulic press machine – max 160 tones.
• CNC controlled Hackon Beveling machine - max plate width 4200 mm x 8 mm
• Beveling machine - max plate length 6000 mm
• Automated, electronically controlled welding systems, water cooled welding machines for AWI, and AFI welding
• Under Powder Welding (UPW) machines on ESAB welding consol for both internal (eg. pipelines, storage tanks) and external welding – max diameter 5200 mm
• Under Powder Welding (UPW) machines on DEUMA welding consol - max diameter 4000 mm
• Cylindrical shell rotating machine
• Other machines include cutters, forming machines, rotating machines, profile bending machines

2. Plate Finishing Workshop

This 1600 m² unit contains machinery for cutting, beveling, finishing, and forming plates. Some of the equipments in this workshop:

• VOEST BR 25x12500 plate finishing machine is one of the biggest and most productive finishing machine in Hungary - max cutting width 24 mm, max trimming width 32 mm.
• Plate leveling and flattening machine - max plate size 8000 mm x 2500 mm x 32 mm
• Plate rolling machine - max plate size 2720 mm x 50 mm
• 3 traveling cranes maximum lifting capacity of 4 tones each

3. Light Machinery Workshop

This is a 225 m² floor space unit for turning, machining, boring etc.

4. Surface Preparation and Painting Workshop

Both the raw materials and the finished products are sand blasted in this 150 m² unit and are painted or coated in the adjacent 120 m² painting unit. Painting is conducted with WAGNER Airless Sprays.

The covering is done with a special caster and heat-treater.

Usually the double walled storage tanks are coated with fiberglass reinforced resign layer. We recommend this fiberglass strengthened resin cover for surfaces exposed to chemicals.

5. Transportation and Freight Movement

Our shop can receive plates stocks via rail car or by truck we can ship your product by the same means. We have a 180m long rail car loading dock with loading boards and plates.

In order to preserve and maintain the quality of our products we are exceptionally cautious with packaging, loading, and transporting our goods. The freight movement and material handling within our company is completed with mobile and overhead traveling cranes, hoists, and fork-lift trucks.

Material Inventory/Materials Used

We have an inventory of plates in different steel grades.

Material we work with include:

• Carbon steel, eg: S235JRG2, St-37, etc.
• Alloys steel, eg: 16Mo3
• Stainless Steel, eg: WNr 1.4301, WNr 1.4404, WNr 1.4571
• Fiberglass Reinforced Resin
